Plan and Work on it!
Back in 2020, My friend and I planned to start up an eCommerce business in Malaysia by selling products imported from China. We did our research in the market and demand on which category of products we should choose that have the most need. We did 1 year of research and studies by drop-shipping and testing out the market on a few products during the year 2020, as drop-shipping is one way that does not require much cash to start.
We both studied and worked in the aviation industry during 2020 in the Philippines, as the pandemic hit the aviation industry. We decided to fly our plane together into the business industry in 2021 from what we learned from the past years of research and study.
All the experience from the past 2 years of learning a business startup has given me some valuable insights that I want to share in this post.
Quit Talking And Begin Doing
There is much time we are talking and thinking about starting the business and making it successful. Instead, we all should start taking action and work on what should be done for the first step to start the business. Talking, discussing, and keeping meetings won't help start your business. Most people will also take much time working on their business plan, and financial forecast and no actual action is done.

Plan Fast And Move On
Never get yourself stuck in the planning phase. Some people take weeks, months or even years for business planning and discussion. To get your business successful, you should never stay too long in the planning stages, and you should start testing out and studying the market, which will allow you to understand the market better and know what you should change for the product or services you offer.
Fast And Accurate Decision Making
When starting your business, making fast decisions on everything is vital as you try to grow your business, but making sure the decision you made that is beneficial to your company is more important. It takes a lot of knowledge and understanding about business to make the correct decision all the time. This knowledge about money was never taught when you were studying in school. It’s only learning from either own experience or listening from other people's experiences.
Conclusion and Advice
It’s always fun to start up a business, but always remember never to stop learning and studying the market trend to make fast and accurate changes.
