Orders from Yesterday 9.01 am until Yesterday 1 pm (35 orders)
Orders from Yesterday 1 pm until today 9 am (65 orders)
In this scenario, the 35 orders may exceed the 1-day APT rate, while the 65 orders will be within the 1-day APT rate.
Here's how we can address this issue:
Suggest Shopee arrange pickup 2 times per day (although we understand this may be challenging due to driver availability).
Ensure all orders before 1 pm are packed and scanned by the driver.
Allow the driver to pick up orders before 9 am and drop off orders at the drop-off point in the afternoon for DOP to scan for orders before 1 pm.
