Growing of my business from 2023 to 2025
In 2023, my business was still small, with just one staff member assisting me. I knew that to grow, I had to leverage my time effectively. By 2024, my focus shifted to strengthening the business and scaling up through hiring. Building the right team wasn’t easy, but I learned that even the smallest tasks contribute to long-term success. As I head into 2025, my goal is to refine my workforce and accelerate growth, knowing that true business value comes from investing in people and creating a strong team culture.
