How to let KOLs or your staff to host sessions for you?

Here are some tips to ensure smooth collaboration without compromising your main account's !

First and foremost, NEVER allow anyone to log in directly to your main Shopee account. This is a big no no for security reasons! Instead, always create sub-accounts for them as well as for your staff. This ensures that your main account remains safe and secure at all times.

When creating sub-accounts, you can assign specific roles to each user. For KOLs or part-timers who will be conducting Livestreams on your behalf, you can designate them as "KOL Livestreamers." This role allows them to log in to the Sub-account Seller Center and commence Livestream sessions seamlessly.

They can now log in subaccount via the Shopee app! They can easily switch between stores, depending on the store you've granted them access to, all while being bound to your main sub-account.

And what if your KOLs prefer to conduct Livestreams via PC? No problem! They can simply log in to the Shopee LIVE PC portal using their designated sub-account credentials. From there, they'll have full access to the Livestream portal, ready to engage with your audience and drive sales.
